Tvheadend is it possible to use dvb-s2 epg on a dvb-t2?

Hi guys

I have both a dvb-s2 & t2 stick installed using ota epg. I have both eit grabber for t2 and sky UK grabber for s2 enabled.

Currently the t2 epg doesn’t include epg genre info and so on. The t2 channels are also available on my s2 stick although encrypted.

I’m wondering if I could make the t2 grab the epg from the s2 as they have more info genre etc.

Yes you can use epg from s2 you need to be expert level on tvheadend and then Channel/Epg tab reuse epg from
