TVheadend tuner recommendation for Pi 2

Can anyone recommend a dvb tuner for the pi 2 that works, and confirm if it requires a powered USB hub? Either satellite or terrestrial are both options.

Second question is whether it is necessary to run a local hard drive directly connected to the pi to record, or is recording to NAS OK. I’ve read that sd cards (I have a class 10) are too slow.

Hi i have buy DVB Sky S960 a few weeks ago.
I have to install tvheadend Server in an older version (3.4) but everything works well (View+PVW). I record to USBHDD. Both installed on an powerd USB HUB
