Ok buddy, I’ve been using bluetoothctl to avoid it so I’ll keep doing that until then.
This worked for me to get audio from Edifier W855BT once connected using bluetoothctl (commands here).
Note: I also needed Pulse Audio installed using command:
sudo apt-get install a2dp-app-osmc
