I recently have noticed an issue (not sure if related to your latest update). When in Skin Settings - Customize Main Menu, I then select (for example) “Customize Submenu” then “Choose item for menu”. At this point, the arrow keys no longer work for scrolling (you here the feedback sound, but the selection does not change). I have noticed this on both of my Vero 4k+ devices, rendering me unable to modify the menus; also, on my Odroid N2+ running the OSMC skin (on this device the mouse works so I am still able to navigate).
There’s indeed a bug that was introduced that I’ll fix shortly
