Unable to log in to WIFI since June update

I did a fresh install of the June update, and I was unable to login to my WIFI. I got an error “wireless connection failed”. I re-installed the May update and everything was fine. From there I was able to update via “My OSMC” to the latest version of Kodi. My router uses WPA2-Personal for authentication. Has anybody else had this problem?

Thanks for reporting this, and well done for already identifying a workaround for this. I’ve replicated this on my device and can confirm I see similar things. The dev team is aware of this and are investigating to see what the root cause is.

This issue has now been fixed. It only affected recent installations, which meant that it took a while to discover.

You can either attach an Ethernet cable and update or wait for the next update and reinstall OSMC.
