thanks @sam_nazarko main reason I have it off is based on your suggestion in an old thread. It was Vero V was displaying those behaviours when I got it, so I applied same.
The playback works perfectly and I have not noticed any smoothness issues with it turned off. With it on. I was getting the on screen notifications when playing video.
But in relation to the current problem, I have it off and it still displays the refresh rate info (I think) when a video ends. This is new happening since March update.
