Update error - Please report this on OSMC forum

My OSMC version is “2017.07-1” on Rpi 3

In the past few days each morning I see: Error Installing: Please report this on the OSMC forum.

My logs are at https://paste.osmc.tv/udizokimal

Until this point I haven’t had any issue for a long time, any help would be appreciated.

Your Kodi logs are not debug logs therefore no clear issue to be visibile there.
While I see in your logs
Aug 05 21:24:38 osmc sudo[27232]: osmc : TTY=pts/0 ; PWD=/home/osmc ; USER=root ; COMMAND=/usr/bin/apt-get upgrade

Generally upgrade should not be used while it will be being changed to dist-upgrade in the background anyhow since a few months.

Maybe try via ssh
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade
sudo apt-get autoremove
and see any errors reported.

I have also enabled all the debug logs too, hope they are among the published logs.

Please ignore IPTV related errors, the other box was doing update while the RPI started.

You are using a test version. So I suggest you report in the Kodi 18 test thread instead opening a new thread
