Looks like your WiFi is blocking.
Try doing the update through connected ethernet cable.

wifi disabled, but same behaviour…

Hi,

I suggest posting a new log, with the wifi disabled it should make it clearer whats going on.

Also I suggest trying the following from the Command line:

sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get dist-upgrade

And post the output here.
