You either can join the testing (see below) or wait a few days the new stable one is to be released quite soon.
But one reason you might see an error is you have a very old testing entry in your /etc/apt/sources.list. Remove the following entry and the error should be gone. deb http://download.osmc.tv/dev/gmc-18 gmc-18 main
