Is there a log anywhere of the update versions and release dates?
Received another update notification today (Nov.7), third one in a week.
Was another update released today?
General major public releases get announced and detailed in the blog which has a link at the top of this site. There are on occasion smaller bug fixes in the public release and the may or may not get a mention in the blog. Usually these small bug fix updates will get a mention in a thread corresponding the issue at hand. If your seeing frequent updates then you would have likely configured your system to receive testing builds and those do not have a running public log of what they affect. Some beta updates are mentioned in relevant threads on this forum, others are not.
The option setting for adjust refreshrate on start/stop was restored, I believe.
