Updating my library only add movies

Hello,
Maybe I did something wrong. One month ago, I created my library from a HDD, and it worked fine. Few days ago, I got a new HDD, so I choose to reorganised my movies on my two HDDs. Hence, I added and removed some movies on the first disk.

Then, with OSMC, I updated my library again. It found all the new movies, as the last time; but, it didn’t delete the movies I removed from the HDD.

What’s the correct way to update the library?
