Usb audio card missed from output audio sources

I have a usb audio card C-Media. So, after I have try to install bluetooth a2dp there is no usb audio in Audio settings, just HDMI and analog.
What can I do other than to reinstall the system?

You can purge the pulselaudio package with sudo apt get remove —purge pulseaudio a2dp-app-osmc.
