I have had an auto mounted USB drive connected to my V via the USB 3 port for a few days and have been accessing the drive’s content without issues. The V was suspended at night and the next day the drive was still auto-mounted, however that drive stopped showing as auto-mounted. I have tried rebooting ( the V was stuck a couple of times on the log view that I am attaching below) and tried power off and power on. The drive still remained unmounted. Tried another drive and same issue. No auto-mounting on either of them.

How is the drive powered?
Have you tried to connect it to the other USB port on the Vero?
These are Seagate portable USB drives. Different models, but similar capacity. No external power source. I have used them in both my Vero 4 and V, in the V just hours before this issue happened.
Connecting them to the other USB port didn’t change anything regarding the auto-mount, however I had to connect the USB remote adapter (which I bought from your company because the original internal adapter stopped working) on the remaining port and the remote also stopped working. I had to get an old Xbox remote to be able to navigate the UI. Here’s the log:

The internal usb 2.0 hub is missing in your logs. This means that only USB 3.2 devices will work in the blue USB port located closest to the front. The right usb port is not affected.
I suggest to contact support@osmc.tv along with your order number and point to this thread. Be warned that @sam_nazarko is on a business travel for a week, so could last some time until he’ll react.
Please, don’t open the box otherwise, you will lose any warranty and goodwill.
Thanks for taking the time to check the log. This device seems to be plagued by USB problems. Recently the internal remote adapter failed and I was recommended by Sam to buy his external remote adapter. Now this. The Vero 4K+ didn’t cause me half of these problems.
