Use official debian sources could cause any problems?

Hi,

All is in the title. Is any risk to use official debian packages ? (Index of /debian sid main) Do you know any incompatibilities ?

What is your intention ?
OSMC is based on Debian Jessie (a flavour of GNU/Linux)

I would recommend staying with Jessie.

Depending on your device too. Pi 1 uses Raspbian, not Debian directly.
