Hi! I bough V4K. I have my ticket no. #989320 opened since 10.2.20. Last replay form Sam N. is from the sma day. After that nothing, silence. I have send the requested data and pictures and asked for update 2x since that day. Nothing. I’m very disappointed. Is it a norm to wait for update on ticket for such a long time?

That doesn’t sound right. I usually reply to all tickets within a day or so, although more complex queries can take longer.
I can see that I asked if your address was the same so we could send you a new USB remote receiver. I will send this through again.
