I’m not sure that it will necessarily be a hardware issue, but it could certainly be something specific to your setup / environment.
If you still experience problems after the update I will take a closer look

@ Wayne - Working after todays new update? (Or you manipulated something that was suggested before?)
PS: I just got My 4K yesterday and had only half an hour time but I believe, that problems with blank screen were only present when playing XVid encoded media?
It is working after today’s update on my Vero 2.
Fingers crossed that it works for 4K also…
i can also confirm that the problem has gone since the may update.
