Regarding to your audio formats statement Sam wrote this in the vero 2 introduction thread:

Hi Miracast is included in Vero 2, but not on other devices as they are not compatible. If in the future, things are possible, we’ll add support. Vero 2 cannot stream HD audio formats at the moment, however the core is always passed through. And CEC, I think you can disable it in via kodi settings > system > devices there disable the cec entry.
