This looks like the default VID/PID from the solution provider before the dongle is reprogrammed for our keymap.
Not sure how this dongle escaped in to the wild in such a way, but if you contact support@osmc.tv with your order number, a photo of the dongle and confirm if your address is the same or not we can get a replacement out.
Where I’m a bit confused is that you say the Back button worked before. Is it possible that you are using the wrong dongle? It’s a common receiver and some other devices do not customise the VID/PID or keymap at all.
Sam yes it worked before, if I changed the dongle wouldn’t I have needed to pair it to get it working?, as I have only paired it after the back button stopped working.
Just to confirm, we have shipped you a new dongle today.
When you receive it, you should initiate the pairing process with the new dongle.
- Remove the old USB from Vero 4K
- Hold Home and OK button for 5 seconds or so, then the blue LED will keep flashing.
- Plug in the new USB receiver and the LED should flash 3 times after 5 seconds, indicating successful pairing.
- Power off Vero 4K 2 minutes. Turn it back on. The remote should now work.
