Vero 4k can´t find all my movies in my library

By some reason Vero 4k can´t find all my movies when I do an update of the library. The movies is located on my NAS. It only finds 97 of 112 movies. I have tested on my Rarbarry pie 3 with Kodi and it find all movies.
I have check the settings and I have the same settings for content on both Vero and Rasp.

In the Kodi Wiki it suggest I check the Event log but it´s empty on Vero 4k.
How can I get Vero 4k to find all my movies?

Thanks
Anders

I would suggest posting some logs so we can see why this is an issue

I have created my 1st log. I hope I have done it correct :slightly_smiling_face:

Log file URL: hastebin

Thanks
Anders

I had this once, even though it was set to look at each folder is the movies name it wouldnt fine them if the file in the folder didnt have the proper name “Movie Name (2020)” etc

Renaming the files made it find them usually just adding the year, but deleting the video scan and re adding the library made it find them all, it was as if the tick box for each folder contains a single movie wasnt registering

I see movie extras that don’t seem to have special consideration given, more than one language, no renaming of files, at least one TV show in a movie scan. I have serious doubts that your Pi is scanning differently than your Vero if they have the same scraping settings as they literally using the same software for everything involving media scraping. Are you sure you don’t have the movie sets display turned on in your Vero and off on your Pi?

I would suggest reading up on how to setup your library over on the Kodi Wiki. The scraper section of the Kodi forum is also a great resource and Karellen is normally very quick with solutions and extremely knowledgeable about everything library scraping related.

Thanks for the info regarding “movie sets display turned on”. Then I set it to OFF, Vero found all my movies.

Thank you for quick and good support
