Vero 4K constantly Powers Off

I very much enjoy my Vero 4K except for one thing. It seems to power off several times per day. When I go to check the device, the red LED is lit. Won’t respond to the remote. I would prefer the device to be always on. Is there a setting I can check ? Or some specific form of logging that I can enable to see what’s causing the device to power down ?

Depending on the used skin you have to set the settings-level to standard or higher, in summary:

  • enable debug logging at settings->system->logging

  • reboot the OSMC device

  • reproduce the issue

  • upload the log set either using the Log Uploader method within the My OSMC menu in the GUI or the ssh method invoking command grab-logs -A

  • publish the provided URL from the log set upload, here
