Vero 4K crashing on boot

Hi. I’m having an issue where, after a day or two of not using the Vero 4K, I switch to its input on my TV, and notice there’s nothing there, as if the device has turned off. I reboot it, and it crashes at different points after the blue screen with logo: sometimes it goes blank immediately, sometimes it shows the menu for a second, sometimes it starts the database update, but invariably it goes blank, and I have to unplug and re-plug the unit.

Eventually, it boots up, and works normally. Have tried different power supplies, same result.

Possibly running your UI at 120hz combined with a heavy skin is just too much?

GUI Resolution: 1920x1080 @ 120p

This won’t give any performance benefit.

OK, that’s weird, I would have sworn I have it at 60 Hz. Will check, thanks!

Yeah, it wasn’t intentional, I thought it was at 60 Hz. I will check. Thank you.
