Vero 4K+ deinterlacing Live TV question

Hello,

I’m currently using a Raspberry Pi 4 with LibreElec to run Kodi and watch LiveTV with TVheadend (running on an Intel NUC, not on the Pi).
I have some problems with Live TV. When i enable deinterlacing, i have audio/video sync issues and deinterlacing is software based and not great.

Can someone tell me how deinterlacing works on the Vero 4K+ with Live TV?
Does it gives smooth Live TV? And how is deinterlacing done. In software? or hardware? And how is the deinterlacing quality?

I hope someone can share their experience before i buy one :slight_smile:

Vero works fine with UK SD and HDTV (576i MPEG and 1080i h264). I recommend HW decoding at 1080i.

This should be fine. We recommend keeping hardware acceleration on for the best results
