Vero 4k+ doesn't play iPhone videos (.mov)

I can’t play iPhone videos. I’m pretty sure it used to work a couple of weeks ago, but it doesn’t anymore.

If I try to play anything else after that it just completely freezes and I have to pull the plug.

Don’t do that!
Try to access by webfront end or SSH to restart cleanly instead of pulling the plug.
