Vero 4K first start up problems

I’ve just tried to install my friends Vero 4K+ but getting lots of failed to start messages. It stays on these messages and wondering what I can do?

I’ve just tried but it either doesn’t seem to read from the usb stick or I’ve done it wrong

Show us a screenshot of the files on your USB so we can confirm.

All sorted, I didn’t have the install quite ready on the usb stick. Once I’d done that correctly the software re installed and Vero now operating correctly. Thanks for your help guys, much appreciated.
