After rolling back to v18 my remote doesn’t work. How do I fix it?
What remote are you using?
The black one it came with. Someone posted in another thread to hold down the home and ok button, that fixed it.
Yes – that will re-pair the remote and can be necessary if the remote has not been used for some time.
Just to give an update;
After rolling back to version 18, I can confirm once again that the freezing has stopped and the Vero is working perfectly once more. So, it definitely appears to be something that has changed from version 18 to 19 that is causing the issue.
