Hi can anyone help me vero4k+ is crashing the remote is not responsive the only way to get it back up is to take the wire out and its restarts the device after a few mins the picture wil go black and the device hangs again.

Depending on the used skin you have to set the settings-level to standard or higher, in summary:

enable debug logging at settings->system->logging

reboot the OSMC device twice(!)

reproduce the issue

upload the log set (all configs and logs!) either using the
Log Uploadermethod within the My OSMC menu in the GUI or thesshmethod invoking commandgrab-logs -A -

After pulling the power and manually giving it a hard reset do you ever get to the OSMC home screen before it blacks out again or is the screen black the whole time after rebooting it?
Have you ever tried to connect to your Vero remotely via SSH, if so, can you do that when the screen is black?
