Problems with Gigabit Ethernet on Vero 4K +

I did some testing with @martini2’s switch on a known good Vero 4K +. After initially connecting, I could only get 40Mbps TX. After changing the power supply he sent with the switch, I managed to get 900Mbps+. I’ve made a number of changes will improve performance and address some corner cases and these will be available shortly in an update.
