I ordered my 4K last Sunday 27th Feb
Received a shipping email on Wednesday 2nd
As of this morning (7th March), the tracking info still shows that Royal Mail are waiting to receive the package
Just wondered what the usual turnaround should be on an order? I tried emailing sales@osmc.tv on Friday but no response yet

The item will be picked up today. Due to an issue with Royal Mail systems we haven’t been able to post UK items for a couple of days.
