Hi, I just wanted to ask other users of Vero 4K+ if their connector piece from remote falls out. It bends the latch on the left side and makes a dent on the right side. It feels like a defect. Remote works when i put it back inside so thats a plus but Im worried it will stop. Sam said its by design and made to comply with IATA. So is it true? Ive never seen anything like that.
Nothing should have fallen out of your remote. We can replace that for you. The lid does have to protrude slightly due to IATA regulations however.
