Brexit and uncertainty in the pound will get you a pretty good exchange rate at the moment.
Card tends to give a better price than PayPal which take a large amount of commission

Bitcoin not an option yet Sam? 
I tried it – but unfortunately it caused me a bit of problems. I could never get BitPay to verify our account.
Stripe, our payments processor are trialling Bitcoin in the US. It’s possible they’ll make it available in other countries soon.
