Vero 4K RF remote dead

After my IR remote stopped working (issue is resolved now) I tried to fall back to the stock RF based remote, but it is dead. I’ve reseated the received, tried a different USB port and replaced the remote 3V battery. All to no avail… the remote stays unresponsive. Is there anything else I should check?

  • Try plugging in the receiver when the Vero 4K is off, then power it.
  • Can you paste output of dmesg | paste-log?
  • When you press a button on the remote you should see a blue light. Is it a short pulse or long pulse?

Thanks. I turned off the Vero 4K, unplugged the power cable, reseated the USB receiver and plugged the power cable back in. This fixed the issue.
