Vero 4k suddenly reboots

Hi,

my Vero 4k worked for years without problems. Since a few weeks the Vero began to restart suddenly during navigation, playback etc. The software (OSMC, Skins, Addons) were always the same.
Yesterday I had also the issue the the Vero stopped working with red LED turned ON. Then suddenly started again without touching something.

This behavior possibly indicates a fault in the PSU. What should I do in this case? I did not found a PSU for Vero 4k on the OSM store. I need a PSU plug for Italy (2 pens)
