Vero 5 - Optical out without audio throught HDMI

Hello,
I connected my Vero 5 to the TV HDMI and to my amplifier optical IN.
How can I disable the audio through HDMI and have only throught the optical line?
I did not find any option navigating the expert menus

Curiously, it’s in the System->Display menu ‘Mute HDMI audio output’.

Indeed, it’s not trivial to move it to Audio if I recall and is somewhat display related, so I chucked it in there.
