Vero 5 Wired Network Stopped Working

Was watching a movie on my Vero 5 and it went to a black screen and froze. Had to pull the plug. Upon reboot I had no wired network connection. Went into the network setting and the adapter was not enabled. When I click on the Enable Adapter I get a status Configuring for a few seconds and then it goes to disabled. Tried a new network cable and a different port on the switch. Same results. Switched to Wireless to see if I could get logs. I think I uploaded them (never done this before). The url I got is

Do you see a light on the switch / router?

No Lights.

Will take a particular interest in this as we haven’t seen an Ethernet issue on Vero V yet.
