Vero not working

had this device since dec 19 been all ok went to use it yesterday, theres no power getting to the device, no lights nothing, i sent an email but had no response, cheers

I suspect the issue is related to your power supply, so I would indeed recommend this as a first step.



i havnt got a usb to usb cable so ill order 1 today and let u no how i get on, cheers

Alternatively, if you have a 5V, 2A power supply, this should do the trick. Feel free to show us a photo here before plugging anything in.
