Title: Vero V order still processing — no tracking yet

Hi everyone,

I ordered a Vero V on September 9 and received the confirmation email, but I still haven’t received a shipping confirmation or tracking number.

I ordered as a guest without creating an account, so I also can’t check the order status on the website. I saw shipping is usually around 3–5 days — is this delay normal?

Also, thanks to Sam and the OSMC team for the incredible work on Vero and OSMC. Really looking forward to getting it.

This will ship on Tuesday by the latest and you’ll receive a tracking number when it does.

It’s been a very busy couple of weeks but we are almost on top of things
