I ordered a Vero V on 4th Jan, received my order confirmation and invoice, but haven’t heard or received anything since.

Does anyone know what the state of play is with these at the moment?

Found your order - it’s been packaged and will ship today with tracking.

There was a delay with the order because we ran out of UK power supplies.
