Vero V remote has stopped working

Good morning,
my remote does not work any more.
I’ve tried to:

  • Change the battery
  • check the blue led (on)
  • re-pair the remote (OK+home)
  • reboot the machine

I don’t use external HDD/SSD but only to power on. I use the side USB to power a broadcom IR blaster (for domotic use). The remote does not work even unplugging the Broadcom.

I have to admit that my remote also stopped working very recently and I’m puzzled as well. LED is working, it doesn’t show any signs that it can’t pair with Vero box.

We had a Bank Holiday in the UK here.
So will be on top of all emails tomorrow
