Vero V remote not working anymore

Hello, my Vero V remote stopped working. I replaced the battery, blue led is working and I tried the pairing but it doesn’t work. I can plugin an USB keyboard and that works. The Vero has no external dongle for the remote.

It appears that your receiver has stopped working. If you email support@osmc.tv and include a link to this thread and your order number for the V they should be able to get you sorted with a new dongle to get you going again.
