I have the same issue as some of yours. My original Vero V remote just stopped working, any help will be welcomed..

Hi, I suggest to contact support@osmc.tv by mentioning this thread and your order number. @sam_nazarko will take over from there.
Please do not open the VeroV housing and leave the device in its original condition.
