Vero V Remote out of the box IR or bluetooth?

Hi,
Simple question does the Vero V remote come setup for IR or Bluetooth out of the box, my remote works fine but not if I point it away. I thought this had a bluetooth remote?

You can use either an IR or Bluetooth remote of your choosing.

The supplied remote is RF and does not need line of sight.

Do you have any devices close to the Vero using a strong Wifi signal (ie a router or access point) or have any USB 3 devices plugged into the blue port? If so these can cause the remote to have a harder time picking up the remote. You can try providing a bit of distance between the Vero and the interference and that should gain you some improved performance.

Moved the USB 3 hard drive further away using a 1M extension cable.
All good now.

The Vero V is excellent :ok_hand:
