Vero V suddenly dead

So i updated yesterday to latest update. All went fine. Went to bed…now …nothing…no led …nothing. Removed power supply…put it in again…nothing.
Device feels cold as well.

Anything I can do to test?

Edit: ok it seems to be the power supply. Phew … now I’ll just have to crawl underneath the cabinet to change it properly…but I’m relieved it’s just that.

That is unfortunate. I’d double check that it is the PSU itself by plugging it into a different outlet and if it is still the same dead condition contact with your order number and they’ll send you a replacement at no charge.

yeah … tested it in 3 different outlets, nothing. I’ll contact support. Thank you !
