Did you find any clues in the logs? Can I perhaps provide additional logs following different steps?
I have always had somewhat “limited” USB functionality (as reported here back in Nov 23). But now that neither port no longer detects my hubs and only one of them detects the remote dongle (the same one that at least detects a single drive without hub), I cannot use my Vero at all
We’re a family of 4 with a heavy daily use of the Vero so any help would be highly appreciated
In case it is helpful the drives are Western Digital Elements Desktop - (3 TB, 3.5", USB 2.0). Nonetheless, they don’t seem to be the problem as far as I can see.
