My Vero V seems to fail to start up - connecting it to power lights up the blue LED for a few seconds, before it goes back off. There’s no signal out from the HDMI port during this sequence, which leads me to think that the startup failure occurs in such an early stage that it might simply have failed with little to no opportunities to do much further by ways of recovery. Any further tips for troubleshooting before calling it?
Are you able to access it via ethernet/ssh? If so grab-logs -A
would help us.
The light is meant to turn off after a few seconds to indicate successful boot
It’s possible that your Vero is outputting a picture that your display isn’t happy with. I suggest seeing if you can access it as @grahamh suggests.
