Debugging turned on (I think), logs sent to:

Transfer seemed pretty fast, did they really get sent?

  1. The issue you are currently experiencing with OSMC
The bluetooth (BT) remote stopped working about two weeks ago, to get by, I’ve been using a USB mouse.

  2. What you were doing when this issue occurred
Using the remote to view mythTV recorded shows. Noticed a day or so earlier the Vero4k missed some remote key presses, then few days later completely stopped working.
Yes, I replaced the battery in the remote.
Yes, there is a strong pulsating light from remote when pressing any button on the remote.
Yes, I pressed “house” home then “OK” button, no change in behavior as one thread suggested.
Yes, found Sam response at Remote control stopped working - #4 by sam_nazarko tried it, still doesn’t work
Yes, move BT from one USB port to the other powered off/on.

Removed the believed to be BT USB adapter and placed in an Ubuntu pc running this distribution

Don’t see the BT device.

  1. Whether you can replicate this issue on demand. If you can, then please provide some steps on how an OSMC developer can reproduce the same issue.
It doesn’t work at all, all the time.

  2. The device you are currently running OSMC on
    Vero4k, Order #16963 (April 20, 2018)

  3. What peripherals are attached to the device?
Physical peripherals are what was included in the purchase.

  4. Has this issue been introduced by a new version of OSMC? When did the issue first appear and can you recall a time when it was not present?
Couple weeks ago, don’t know if new version caused it, kodi set to autoupdate.

Enabled logging and sent logs several times, couldn’t view them, site just said “Logs created on: 2018-07-25 13:12:35 - (Uptime = 161.58)”
