You were on Kernel 4.9 but didn’t activated the new repositry wrong deb http://apt.osmc.tv videoimprovevero main correct deb http://apt.osmc.tv videoimprovevero49 main I would comment out the buster-devel repository as it currently would not have packages Ethernet should still work, can you connect to Ethernet?
