Not sure if anyone can help. my Vero4K+ is not booting up this morning. It has been working like a charm for the past few years, I have switched the power adapter without success, it is not starting, no led, etc…
Anyone has ever tried to open the Vero and check the inside?
You shouldn’t need to open the device and I’m not sure you’ll determine much from doing so.
Have you checked if the optical light at the back of the device illuminates at all?

Nope, no light in the back. I guess I’m for getting a new one
You can try to power it via USB (USB A-A Cable)
That’s odd. Did you have a recent power outage / surge?
