Vero4K - Pause+play+back buttons stopped working - log incl

From time to time the last couple of months the back button stopped working for a while but since yesterday ‘it seems’ the Play/pause, back and stop button stopped working.

  • Fresh battery → Ok
  • Re-paired → Ok
  • Blue light when pressing button → Ok
  • Switch skin to Eminence to default → no difference
  • Rebooted player → couple of times
  • Inserted the usb-dongle from the remote into win10 pc → device found and it reacts

Usually, this means the remote is paired with the wrong dongle.

Is it possible you have mixed up the dongle / have two remotes?

Just 1 Vero4K and 1 remote+dongle.

The USB receiver looks faulty. Happy to replace it, if we still have stock of your receiver.
