Vero4k+ Wifi Speed in Transmission

When I start to download torrent, Transmission show 2 Mbits speed. The same torrent, the same Wifi on laptop next to Vero4K+ reaches 70-80Mbits. Moreover, when I stop torrent downloading, wifi speed on Vero4K+ is great again.
Here is speedtest with parallel 1-2Mbits of downloading in Transmission:

Any ideas? Also, sky high ping in the first case

No — that’s Ethernet only.

My guess is that OP is torrenting to a disk requiring FUSE. This will increase CPU load and cripple download performance, as the DHD tasklets will get a smaller timeshare
