I have now fixed this in OSMC and it will be in the next update.

I have also upstreamed the solution to Kodi so it benefits other platforms if merged:

## Description This adds support for vertical shift when playing back content… w/ amcodec on AMLogic platforms. No further changes are needed for this to work. It also means one less patch to keep downstream. ## How Has This Been Tested?
